October 13, 2008 1.5hrs - 341.0 total. Finished
trimming all the fence piece notches to size. Cleared
off jig table and layed out side rails. Trail fit a

of the notch locations. Have glued and clamped it back together. Will have to wait till it dries to see if its gong to work
or if I'll have to re-make the whole piece.
October 16, 2008 0.5hrs - 342.5 total. Removed clamps. Looks like it might hold. Will have to treat it very gently.
October 17, 2008 1.0hrs - 343.5 total. Cleaned up a little. Studied plans and verified dimensions on fences, layout,
etc. Need to check newer version of plans for changes.
October 18, 2008 11.0hrs - 354.5 total. Sat down to layout holes in fences and remembered that I hadn't gone through
and updated the plans since the new release a couple of months ago. Checked the new release CD on the PC and found
several significant changes. Figured out which ones were new and plotted out new drawings for them all..
October 19, 2008 6.5hrs - 361.0 total. Sorted through plans, inserted new and trashed old. Made a template for the
index hole that goes on all the fence pieces. Brought jig saw up from basement and set up to start cutting index holes.

October 20 to 23, 2008 4.5hrs - 365.5 total. Finished cutting alingnment groove into fence pieces and noticed I did it
on the bottom rather than the top of all the pieces. Checked the plans and it looks like it will be fine there. Seperated
the fences and labeled with thier fence number. Rechecked all the center lines. Started marking them for the needed
holes and cutouts. Have finished about 1/3 of them.
October 24 and 25, 2008 2.5hrs - 368.0 total. Marked up a few more fences. Only have 3 or 4 left to mark. Spent
about 8 hours putting insulation in the shop as its staying below zero outside most of the time now.
|Marking the fence pieces carefully as they are critical
to the alignment of the fuselage bulkheads.
